Taylor is a Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance. She has a strong complex to help others, advocate for herself, and live authentically.

Taylor enjoys teaching any type of yoga - but restorative, pranayama, and guided meditation are her favorite subjects.

Her dream has been able to help others through the power of pranayama and yoga. Taylor has Endometriosis and Fibromyalgia, and uses these tools to help manage symptoms for a better quality of life.

When Taylor isn't teaching, she can be found traveling, trying new foods, or hanging with her hubby and fur babies.
